Finding
Your Homesite You may or may
not already own a homesite on which to build your new home.
It doesn’t matter! Ashford Homes will help you find
and purchase a homesite in one of the many beautiful subdivisions
in the Greater Jackson area.
Design & Decorating
After meeting to access your wants and needs in your
new home, we will get you in contact with one of our qualified
home design specialist. We will, also, work with you on
putting together your decorating specifications. You will
be directed to our professional interior decorating team
and the many other specialty consultants who will help you
with your decorating needs.
 Construction
Begins Once you have successfully
located your homesite, finished your new home plans and
decorating specifications, you are ready to begin construction.
On-site
Meetings Once
construction begins, we will schedule several on-site meetings
during the building process to answer any questions or concerns
you may have and to walk you through your new home to verify
the many options that you chose for your new home.
Orientation
& Your Move-In! After the
completion of your new home, you will be given an orientation
walk through where you will be introduced to the workings
of your new home. Then comes that wonderful and joyous day
you have anxiously been anticipating, the day your family
moves into your comfortable and beautiful new home. Your
dream is now a wonderful reality. A home with all the features
you've always dreamed about!!!
